Customized gift boxes require time for personalization and assembly, particularly during the wedding season and periods of high order volume. Our current lead time before your order is shipped is 2 weeks. As clearly stated in our item listings, top banner announcement, and store policies.

Bossy Creations offers package protection against loss, damage, or theft of packages during transit with Route Package Protection (optional service shown on cart during checkout).
Please take photos and/or videos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in, and file a claim with Route within 30 days from the delivery date for instant resolution.
Bossy Creations will not be responsible for the replacement of lost, broken, damaged, or stolen goods during transit that are not protected with Route Package Protection.
