Yes. Our store offers insurance protection with ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION against loss, damage, or theft on your package(s). You may find their *optional* fee in the checkout section after adding your items to cart.
Please take photos and/or videos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in, and file a claim with Route within 30 days from the delivery date for instant resolution.
Bossy Creations will not be responsible for the replacement of lost, broken, damaged, or stolen goods during transit that are not protected with Route Package Protection.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the products in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
