Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds or Returns:

All items are made to order. Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on personalized and non-personalized items unless a mistake is made on our behalf which could include:

-Wrong item being sent.
-Manufacturing error, misspelling.
-Wrong style of item sent (ex: black gift box being sent instead of pink)

In this case, you MUST contact us immediately (within the first 24 hours of your order being delivered) so we can quickly evaluate and asses the issue and make it right.

You can contact us by filling out "contact us" form on our website / or by sending us an email at thebossycreations@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your order number and images for proof. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and approval will not be accepted.  

Exchanges:

Due to the nature of personalized items exchanges are not accepted unless there is something wrong with your order.

-Wrong item being sent.
-Manufacturing error, misspelling.
-Wrong style of item sent (ex:large tumbler instead of small)

If any fragile or glass item arrives broken we MUST be contacted as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can assess the situation. 

You can contact us by filling out "contact us" form on our website / or by sending us an email at thebossycreations@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your order number and images of damaged item and package for proof. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items without an exchange request and approval will not be accepted.

Package Insurance:

We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special and also safely package your order to avoid damages. Still, sometimes the mail companies can be a little rough.

We want you to love your experience with us so we have included Route Package Protection Service. If for some reason, your package is lost in transit, damaged, or stolen, you may file a claim directly with Route so they can get your package replaced at no extra cost.

Just make sure that the Route Package Protection option is chosen at checkout when placing your order, not after.

All colors will slightly vary due to differences on electronic monitors settings and photography and lighting set up.

All pieces showed on this shop are done in a smoke-free and pet-free studio.
